1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/3 cup of greek yogurt
1/2 an apple
skim milk- put in how much you desire
1. Fill a mason jar with the rolled oats and seeds.
2. Pour cinnamon on top
3. Layer the greek yogurt and put apples on
4. Put as much skim milk in as you want
