Oats In a Jar

I have been trying new after morning row recipes lately, and one that I am really enjoying is Oats In a Jar. It is filling, makes me feel light, and keeps me full throughout the morning. The one I have been really enjoying is apple pie, so here it is!

1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 tablespoon of flaxseed 
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/3 cup of greek yogurt
1/2 an apple
skim milk- put in how much you desire

1. Fill a mason jar with the rolled oats and seeds. 
2. Pour cinnamon on top
3. Layer the greek yogurt and put apples on
4. Put as much skim milk in as you want
